Updated October 13, 2026. Roundup Rodeo BBQ is an operating table-service restaurant in Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It serves lunch and dinner family-style: shared dishes come to your table. This article replaces our original 2023 opening announcement.
Is Roundup Rodeo BBQ character dining?
No. The restaurant has Toy Story theming, but it is not a character meal with Woody and Buzz visiting your table. Choose it for the setting and barbecue, rather than a promised character meeting. If character visits are your priority, compare options in our Disney Dining Guide.
What is the restaurant like?
You dine indoors in a playful setting designed to make you feel the size of one of Andy’s toys. Oversized toy scenes and western decorations surround the dining room. Our earlier description of an outdoor corral seating area was incorrect.
What food does Roundup Rodeo BBQ serve?
The barbecue platter features ribs, beef brisket, pork sausage and chicken. A plant-based option is also available, with sides and desserts rounding out the meal. Menu items can change, so use Disney’s restaurant listing and current menu to check food and prices before booking.

Do you need a reservation and park ticket?
Advance dining reservations are highly recommended. You also need valid admission to Hollywood Studios; a park reservation may be required for your ticket type. A restaurant reservation does not provide park admission.
Check My Disney Experience for availability and include everyone in your party, including infants, in the reservation count. Review the cancellation and modification terms in your confirmation. Avoid scheduling the meal too close to another timed reservation.
What about allergies and special dietary needs?
Tell the restaurant about your needs when booking and again when you arrive. Ask to review the current allergy information with the dining team. We removed old menu photographs so readers do not mistake a 2023 menu for today’s options.
Is it a good choice for your first visit?
