Updated October 13, 2026. Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After is open at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It debuted May 27, 2025, replacing this article’s earlier “coming soon” announcement.
For a first visit, think of it as a stage show to fit between attractions. The Magic Mirror asks the audience to consider which villain has been treated most unfairly, with Cruella de Vil, Captain Hook and Maleficent making their cases.
Where is Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After?
The show is at Sunset Showcase in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Use the park map to locate the theater and allow walking time from your previous activity. It is not the former Muppet*Vision 3D theater.
How long is the show?
Disney’s current listing gives a running time of approximately 18 minutes. Budget additional time for arriving, waiting, entering and leaving the theater; an 18-minute show does not mean an 18-minute total stop.
What happens during the performance?
The villains present their arguments with music and humor, and the audience helps decide the outcome. This is a theatrical performance, not a character dining meal or a guaranteed meet-and-greet.
How do you find showtimes?
Check My Disney Experience or the entertainment schedule for your park date. Choose a performance that leaves space around dining reservations and other time-sensitive plans. Do not copy a showtime from an old article and assume it runs every day.
Is it a good choice for young children?
Consider how your child responds to Disney villains, theatrical effects and a darkened performance setting. Knowing the characters may help some children enjoy the story, while others may prefer a gentler show. Build flexibility into the day rather than making it a must-do for everyone.

How can you fit the show into a Hollywood Studios day?
- Choose a possible showtime before reserving a meal nearby.
- Leave a buffer after an attraction queue instead of planning back-to-back commitments.
- Check the theater location before walking across the park.
- Have an alternative if the schedule changes or your group wants a break.
