This firsthand review describes a 1923 menu sampled during a Disney Treasure preview in 2024. The ship began its maiden voyage on December 21, 2024. Menus can change, so treat the dishes and menu photo below as a record of that visit, not a guaranteed menu for your sailing.

1923 is part of Disney Cruise Line’s rotational dining. For a first cruise, our Disney cruise dining guide explains how your restaurant schedule works.
A Star-Studded 1923 Menu on the Disney Treasure
The 1923 menu on the Disney Treasure is a perfect blend of classic flavors and modern culinary innovation. Here are highlights from the menu we sampled:
Appetizers
Chervil-Dill Marinated Shrimp
Packed with fresh, bright flavors like apple, celery, fennel seeds, and Meyer lemon crème fraîche, this shrimp dish is a must-try. If you’ve enjoyed the Marvel shrimp dish on the Disney Wish, this will feel familiar but with a new twist.
Double-Baked Three Cheese Soufflé
A dream for cheese lovers! This indulgent dish combines Roquefort, Gruyère, and goat cheese with baby leaf spinach for a creamy, comforting start to your meal.
Baked Oysters
One of our absolute favorites! These oysters are paired with spinach, pancetta, and crispy Japanese breadcrumbs for a bold and savory appetizer.
Entrées
Roasted Green Circle Chicken Breast
This dish from the 1923 menu on the Disney Treasure takes comfort food to the next level. With tagliatelle, tarragon cream, and green asparagus, it’s as flavorful as it is elegant.
Oven-Baked Lobster Tail
The lobster dish is elevated by a sundried tomato-lemon pistou, potato mash, and roasted asparagus.
Californian Risotto
This colorful risotto featured sweet green peas, fava beans, and a hint of truffle for a touch of luxury.
Lighter Notes
If you prefer simpler options, the grilled sirloin steak and roasted breast of chicken are excellent choices, served with garden vegetables and either steamed white rice or a baked potato.
Will you have the same 1923 menu on your cruise?
Longer cruises can include return visits to the same rotational restaurant with different menus. Your assigned rotation and menu schedule depend on the sailing. Check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app onboard and ask your serving team about the evening menu. Discuss allergies and dietary needs directly with the dining team; this review is not an ingredient or allergy guide.
